IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT CLICK ON THE BUTTON AND DO NOT USE THE SITE.

www.school-timetable.eu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Terms of Use each time before using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. You agree that all subsequent purchases by you will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use, which shall apply until we post a modified Terms of Use and then in accordance with such modified Terms of Use. Registration, Customer Accounts, Use of Site, Payment terms and Taxes

The registration on this site is free of charge and is obligatory to use both free services and purchase additional ones. The additional services need to be purchased before usage. The actual prices for these services are included in "Price list" published on the Site. There is also information about possible free limited access. To purchase any service on our Site you must be at least 18 years old or applicable state age of majority. You and not www.school-timetable.eu are resposible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when charges were incured. Unless you notify www.school-timetable.eu of any discrepancies within 60 days ofter they first appear on your account (e.g. credit card) statement , you agree that they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. You are responsible for paying any gavernmental taxes imposed on your purchases. The End user can purchase following subscriptions: a) "Day fee" (valid within one selected calendar day), b) Month subscription (valid within calendar month), c) Year subscription (valid within calendar year). Additionally you can order "calculation units" which let you execute the timetable generator for given period of time described at "Price list". The "calculation units" can be used within the validity period. All the service fees are payed in advance.

End user can resign to use the service after repeating gross violations of these regulations prior lodging a complaint. If the complaint is adjusted positively and after such resignation the End user shall not be charging for that service anymore starting from the date of complaint adjustment.

Protection of Personal Information

Service www.school-timetable.eu fully respects your privacy, and spare no effort for protecting your personal information. Generally, you can browse this website without the need of providing any personal information but to use full of provided services you need to leave some information which help better fit to your needs or to go through purchase process. If you decided to register you have understood and accepted the use of your personal information, and have agreed that the service can use your personal information to realize such special purposes. The service can also use some entered data for its marketing purposes e.g. putting the name, type of school and the address on internet site. In such the case www.school-timetable.eu shall immidiatelly issue a credit to your credit card in the ammount of the charge or in another way issue the charged ammount back to the improperly charged End user. We may require additional verifications or informations before accepting any order.

EMail. Contact information

E-mail address entered during registration process is the basic mean to contact the End user. By registering you grant permission for www.school-timetable.eu to contact you at e-mail address. The service www.school-timetable.eu is also free to send direct e-mails to his registered End users.

The administrator of the website is free to block or ban End users who broken any of these "Term of Use".

Forum

1. The participant of the forum is publishing one's comments and opinions only on own responsibility. The administrator takes no responsibility for participants comments.
2. You will not posts and emails:
- materials against national or international law;
- foul, vulgar, obscene, or sexually explicit language, racial epithets or hateful words, or variations on such words spelled so as to suggest such words.;
- regarded blameworthy generally morally, socially inappropriate and infringing principles of ethics;
- with any advertising transfers;
- with graphics. If it is necessary just place a link to the graphics data.


3. The administrator reserves itself:
- the right to take legal and fair remedy measures for any behavior violating these rules.
- to use some ideas, contents included in the emails, on the forum, without placing the author's data;
- the right to clear the messages or their parts (if they are against "Term of Use" of the forum);
- the right to ban End users (if they do against "Term of Use" of the forum);
